Property is presently being taxed as agricultural use, and any change of usage in property will possibly be assessed roll back taxes. Buyer agrees to furnish seller the documentation required by Cameron County for the return of septic tank deposit for Lot 4 within 12 months from date of closing or alternatively pay to seller $1,500.00 on or before 12 months in lieu of installing septic tanks. The funds ($1,500.00) will be returned to buyers at such time as the documentation required by the county for the lot is received and the deposits are returned.
